Ghost Orchid News The Ghost Orchid's first 2008 bloom opened June 23. At its peak in mid July, eight blooms were open, right. It began a second set of blooms July 18 which lasted through late August with a maximum of five visible blooms. The last bloom dropped at the start of September.
