Planted in February 20th, 2024, this site was designed to support pollinators with beautiful California native plants such as Hummingbird Sage and California Fuchsia. Take a look at its amazing transformation through the year, made only possible through staff and volunteers like you!

Join us on Monday, March 31st  for Habitat Restoration and get your hands dirty. Help us build sustainable habitat for local bird populations and other wildlife. Volunteers will be helping to maintain habitat restoration sites through invasive species removal, watering, and more. This is a great opportunity to learn about local wildlife and CA native plants! Join Seedy Sundays FOR FREE on Sunday, April 13th to learn the ins and outs of growing California native plants from seeds, cuttings, and more with native plant nerd Antonio Sanchez! Every month, we'll cover a few unique plants, and all registered folks get to take some seed, cuttings, soil, pots, etc. home with them (depending on what is worked on that week). Living Earth: Music Beneath the Pepper Tree

Two Yellow Legs captured seemingly kicking one another in mid-air. These birds have a long necks, bright yellow legs, and thin, dark bills. Their bodies are white underneath and grayish brown on top, with dark brown streaks on the neck and breast.
