Listen in as Audubon's Vice President of Boreal Conservation, Dr. Jeff Wells, and Dr. Pam Rasmussen (MSU Museum Assistant Curator of Mammalogy & Ornithology and Assistant Professor in the MSU Department of Integrative Biology) discuss climate change, Boreal Forest, and Michigan’s migrant birds. The moderator is Dr. Catherine Lindell, Associate Professor in the Department of Integrative Biology at MSU and Editor-in-Chief of Ornithological Applications. Attendees are welcome to bring lunch to eat during the talk. Coffee and other beverages provided. Recommended ages 12 and older.

Knowing Nature: Stories of the Boreal Forest/ Historias del bosque boreal is a Smithsonian Traveling exhibit that will make its national premier at the MSU Museum. The exhibition focuses on the biodiversity and global importance of our northern-most forests through first-person stories, commissioned objects, interactive experiences, and exquisite photography and videography.
