Sam graduated from Haverford College with a B.A in Environmental Studies and a minor in Biology. Throughout her undergraduate career she interned with several environmental organizations including Warner Parks Nature Center, Radnor to River, and Harvard Forest, all of which fostered her passion for conservation and GIS. She then spent a year as a Scientists in the Parks Intern with the Sonoran Desert Inventory and Monitoring Network’s Data Management team before joining Audubon’s Enterprise GIS team as a Dangermond Fellow. Outside of work Sam enjoys dancing, climbing, and hiking.
