Bored at work? Great. Then take some time out and vote for your favorite Science/Technology/Nature magazine cover on Amazon.com. Why? Because our July-August 2008 issue is one of six finalists!
Our cover features a striking image of the backside of a blue-and-yellow macaw, taken by Andrew Zuckerman. This "Cher bird," as a colleague calls it (can't you just see her draped in a costume reminscent of this dramatically-plumed bird?), is just one of a variety of charismatic characters appearing in Zuckerman's album Creature, which I wrote about in the same issue.
Thanks for voting!
