David Fitzpatrick

Raptor Care Assistant

David Fitzpatrick has been at the Center in many different roles since 2014. He started as a volunteer while attending Seminole State College, where he continues to pursue his studies as a Veterinary Technician. His dedication to the Center, caring for the birds, and willingness to try and learn new things gave him the ability to volunteer in the raptor rehab area, the Raptor Trauma Clinic, and public programs. David’s love of eagles drew him to the Center, and that encourages him daily to further his knowledge to help the birds with which he works. David became a seasonal staff member in 2021, helping the Raptor Trauma Clinic during its busy baby season, and then became a part-time rehabilitation specialist in 2022. When David isn’t at the Center he enjoys listening to music, reading, watching movies, working out, and hanging out with friends and family.
