Lisette Peacock
Lisette Peacock serves as Audubon’s Chief Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EDIB) Officer. In this role Lisette works across the organization to build EDIB practices into the fabric of the Audubon’s operations; refine policies and procedures, and lead data-driven change initiatives. She works closely with the Conservation and People and Culture teams to weave EDIB principles across Audubon’s conservation work throughout the Western Hemisphere.
Prior to joining Audubon in 2023, Lisette was the Executive Vice President and Chief DEI Officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals where she was responsible for leading the DEI strategic plan for 18 hospitals and 10 colleges, impacting more than 50,000 students and employees. Lisette also served as Yale New Haven Health System’s first Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and as Chief Diversity Officer and Systems Director for Language Services at TriHealth Inc.
Lisette currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Mann Center, the Urban League of Philadelphia, and Project HOME. A native Spanish speaker, she holds an MBA from Thomas More University and a BBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business from the University of Cincinnati. Lisette presently lives in Burlington, New Jersey.
