Shannon Dohar

As Vice President for Development Services, Shannon Dohar leads the business operations of Audubon's Development team and provides a strategic vision for all aspects of fundraising analytics. Since taking responsibility for Audubon’s first Development Services team in 2017, she has unified fundraising data and prospect management to create a comprehensive and adaptable methodology for development operations. Earlier in her career at Audubon, Shannon was a key leader in the establishment of Audubon’s first sophisticated CRM, collaborating with IT and Finance leads to build the system from the ground up. Prior to joining Audubon in 2014, Shannon spent four years on the Development team at the New York Public Library. During her time at NYPL, she served as the lead for the membership program at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture. Shannon launched her career in operations in Boston, where she ran an independent tutoring company while earning her M.A. in English Literature.
