This herbaceous perennial grows up to 4 feet tall in full sun to partial shade and dry, well-drained soil. Purple, daisy-like flowers up to 5 inches in diameter bloom throughout the summer and attract butterflies. Purple-Coneflower is easily grown, though it can spread aggressively.
