Audubon Connecticut and New York

We work to bend the bird curve.

Audubon Connecticut and New York is a regional office of the National Audubon Society, working across the two states to protect birds and the places they need. Our long-term vision is to "bend the bird curve," in other words to halt, and ultimately reverse, the alarming decline of birds.

Through a collaborative, bipartisan approach across habitats, borders, and the political spectrum, Audubon drives meaningful and lasting conservation outcomes.

How We're Making a Difference in New York
Most migratory birds only spend a fraction of their annual cycle in our state. We hone in on the places they need, and advance projects that aim to halt, and ultimately reverse their declines.
